Email the public link to creators@returnfa.st within 30 days of your purchase.

One refund per customer. The refund is calculated on the price you actually paid.
Clearly disclose that ReturnFast offers a view-based refund for an eligible post, following the platform’s advertising and branded-content rules.
The video must genuinely feature ReturnFast (not a passing mention) and stay public for at least 60 days.
Views are counted from the platform’s public counter at the time we review, within 60 days of posting.
Submit within 30 days of purchase to creators@returnfa.st with your order email and the post link.
No purchased/bot views, giveaways, or misleading claims. We may decline submissions that break platform rules.
The standard guarantee and creator offer cannot produce combined refunds above the amount you paid; email us before submitting if both could apply.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5 business days of approval.

Which platforms count?

Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and X (Twitter) video posts. If it’s public and has a visible view count, it counts.

Do I keep the app after a full refund?

Yes. Your license stays active — the refund is our thank-you for the video, not a return.

Can I submit more than one video?

You can submit your best-performing post. We count the single highest-viewed eligible video.

How long until I’m paid?

Once your post hits a threshold and we verify it, refunds go back to your card via Stripe within a few business days.
